Introduction to our Blog--Marianne Love--malove@imbris.net
Welcome to the SHS Class of 1965 Blog. I think this might be a great way for our classmates to stay in touch. So, let's give it a try.
First, all classmates can get into this blog by clicking on orange "Blogger" in upper left corner, then typing SHS1965 for the blog title and "Straley" for the password in the windows in the upper right corner.
Whenever you post an entry, type a short topic title, your name for identification, and your email address in the title line as shown on this post. Post as often as you wish, and edit your posts any time. You can correct mistakes after your posts are published at any time.
Since everyone shares the same password, we'll use the honor system. In other words, do not edit anyone's post except your own. If this should become a problem, we may have to tighten restrictions. Having the same password will allow any classmate to post at any time. There is also a program you can use to post pictures if you wish.
This can be as much fun as you make it. So, plan to visit often, to post often and especially to have fun catching up with your classmates.
Members of the class reunion committee will post information pertaining to the reunion throughout the existence of this blog. At this time, the most important information is that our 40th-year reunion is scheduled for July 29-30 this coming summer in beautiful Sandpoint. We intend to send out a preliminary letter within the next couple of weeks. For now, you can check www.sandpointonline.com for information about your home town and all it has to offer.
Your reunion committee includes Mike Parkins, Judy Chronic Dabrowski, Judie Hagadone Conlan, Donna Olson Coulter, Marianne Love, Lee Burnett, Gary Finney, Mike Rosenberger and Jim Miller.
We're still compiling our list of names and addresses. If you have an email address or snail mail address for a classmate, send it to us at malove@imbris.net or post it on this blog. We'll check it against the list and update if necessary.
